Nordpharma manufactures injectables and oral steroids in-house from pure API raw materials. Each batch is tested by third-party laboratories (Janoshik / Analiza Białek), and production is based on these verified results.
Precise and sterile manufacturing process
- Cleanroom equipment: The manufacturer always has a protective suit, hood, and respirator to minimize particle emissions.
- Laminar flow hood: Products processed in a laminar flow cabinet equipped with an H14 HEPA filter. All instruments brought into the cabinet are pre-sterilized by hot air or autoclave.
- Borosilicate vials The vials are pressure-rinsed with an IPA (isopropanol) mixture and hot air sterilized at 160–170 degrees Celsius in a sealed container for 2 hours. The temperature destroys all bacteria and viruses. After sterilization, they are transferred directly into a laminar flow hood.
- Final filtration The final filtration is performed with sterile, individually packaged 0.22 µm PTFE filters.
- PTFE-lined stoppers and caps Rubber stoppers and caps undergo IPA rinsing and autoclave sterilization. The PTFE lining prevents the stoppers from becoming brittle in oil mixtures, even during long-term storage.
